MSR Infotech also provides door to door service to save time of our Valuable customers; we do provide support to Home, Small and Medium scale business to serve their IT needs. We provide Annual Maintenances Contract (AMC) as per the customer needs.

We provide Remote Supports to our AMC customers to get their issue resolved at the same time. Customer Satisfaction is our primary motive.

Terms and Condition

1) Working Hours: - We provide our service from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00PM. & We close on certain national holidays.

 2) Estimate Quotation: - The Estimate price given at the time of acceptance of the product to repair is provisional & it may vary at the time of detail inspections. After Infections final charges may be higher than the initial estimated price. We will initiate the repair only after taking approval from the customer. 

3) Warranty: - No warranty on any Software installation. If any problem occurs on the software it will be fix on chargeable basis. 

4) TAX: - Customers shall pay all taxes. 

5) Payment Terms: - 

  1. We accept 100% advance payment. Diagnosis fees will be charge at the time of Pick-up, remaining at the time of delivery or completion of work. No credit available.
  2. In any circumstances payment that you made to us for repair or diagnosis or part replacement or Service charges will not be refunded.

6) Issue Reoccurs: -  

  1. If any issue or problem reoccurs it should be rise through proper channel. By raising request at our help desk portal. https://msrinfotech.in/helpdesk Or in case if you did not hear from us within 8 hours you can call us at 9699353990 / 9029933246. Apart from this any other request will not be entertain.
  2. In case of repeat issue/problem we can only be able to give service within 7 days on address provided at the time of call logged. After 7 days it will be on chargeable basis.

7) Software/Data Backup. It is the Customer’s responsibilities to take complete backup of all existing data, software, and programs on Supported Products prior to performing any Services from us. 

8) Product Collection: - Customer should collect their product within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of product repaired. If in case customer did not collected product within 30 days company reserved rights to auction the product to recover the repair / storage cost. 

9) Order Cancellation: - Any order that you confirmed will not be cancelled in any circumstances. If in case you would like to cancel the order we reserved rights not to refund advance money which you given to us.Any order confirmed by you with 50% advance & We delivered the product at your place & If in case we did not received the remaining 50% payment from customer we reserved right to take legal actions against the customer & we will take our material back from the customer place.

10)  Remote Support: - Remote Support will be on Chargeable Basis. Except AMC Customers.  

11) By receiving service report over the email or paper copy, it is deemed that customer agrees to all terms & conditions mention in the service report.
